Return Policy
- A parcel-opening video is mandatory for returns. The video must show all sides of the parcel and the shipping label before opening it.
- Returns are valid for 3 days after delivery.
- Three pictures of the received item must be provided, clearly showing the damaged part.
Return Options
We accept returns for the following reasons only:
- Damaged item – the item arrived with a defect or visible damage.
- Wrong item – you received a product different from the one you ordered.
- Wrong size – the size received does not match the size ordered.
Return Shipping
Customers must return the item themselves through Leopards Courier. Please share the tracking number with us on WhatsApp once the parcel has been sent.
No Change of Mind
Returns are not accepted for change of mind.
Disclaimer
Do not accept the parcel if the flyer is damaged or broken from any side.
How to Start a Return
- Message us on WhatsApp within 3 days of delivery with your order number and the reason for return (Damaged, Wrong item or Wrong size).
- Send the parcel-opening video and three clear pictures of the item.
- Once approved, send the item back via Leopards Courier and share the tracking number.
- After we receive and inspect the item, we will send a replacement or refund as agreed.
